CT People Solutions’ founder is Chris Taylor, one of the HR industry’s most experienced and respected professionals. Having developed his skills and understanding within large organisations, he started the consultancy to bring the benefit of that large-scale expertise to a wider, more diverse base of clients.

Nearly 30 years of supporting constant change, solving complex issues and leading HR teams has made me a subject matter expert. There’s not much in the HR arena that I haven’t faced, solved or resolved – then again, there’s always something new around the corner. And it’s the challenge of tackling those challenges that I’m so passionate about today.”
